ReplyDeleteAbout 10 years ago, Michael and I decided to do this HORRIBLE yoga/low weight/stretching/workout video ... I'm pretty sure I'm still sore from it ... so no thank you to work out cd's - but I know a lot of people love them!
ReplyDeleteI have similar questions to Elle! what is your favorite!?!
ReplyDeleteI have tried the Jackie Warner Circuit training DVD and love it! but have not tried others!
I like DVD's in the winter, because I don't belong to a gym. My favorite is Jillian Michaels kettle bell workout, so much fun!
ReplyDeleteI love that you are a farmers wife!! That is beyond cool....
ReplyDeleteI don't do DVD's. Well actually I do find workouts on Fios demand....I sometimes do sporadic random exercise if I need a new workout....haha
